  1. Sorry but the win in Oldham does not give “Labour a formula for political wins, popular local people and Momentum activism”. No one talks about the way in which councils such as Labour are sacking thousands of working class people and not just that but depriving future generations of decent jobs. Look around any northern town it could be Oldham and see the devastation of local Labour Party politics. Jeremy Corbyn is one of the few principled people left in the Labour Party but even he cannot change the years of political corruption that has poisoned the politics of the LP both here and across the country. Unfortunately its not just in the Labour Party but the Left generally is still wandering in the desert looking for policies that will attract the vast majority of working class people to believe that someone out there still cares about them, their family and community.
